Sun Exposure and Premature Ageing
Too much time spent in the sun can cause pigmentation or premature ageing and sometimes Even Skin cancer.
What are some of the risks?

What is an SPF?
SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor. This offers the level of protection from the sun e.g. using a SPF 15 will protect you from burning 15 times longer than unprotected skin. So, if you usually burn in 5 minutes, an SPF 15 will provide 75 minutes protection from one application and should be re-applied after 75 minutes.
What's the difference between UVA, UVB and UVC?
UVA aging rays are responsible for the formation of Free Radical and phyto-allergic reactions.
UVB burning rays penetrate deep into the skin cells of the epidermis and are the cause of sunburn and in turn the development of skin cancer.
UVC cancer rays are absorbed by the stratosphere and never reach the earth's surface. The damage to our ozone layer however, may cause this barrier to break down allowing this cancer causing UVC ray to reach the earth's surface.
